I am currently working as a Nintendo of America gam tester, performing system debug on upcoming Nintendo software. This includes and is not limited to, free debug and structured testing on upcoming and existing features for Nintendo.

STARCHILDREN

Among the stars in the sky lies endless stories of those who existed and continue to exist. Those who nurtured these colossal stars have their own story, one that traces their relationship to the Well of Creation and to one another. StarChildren is a point and click fairytale adventure set at the origin of the universe. I worked as the writer and main designer of StarChildren.

RADIOLAND

Join Gunther in Radioland, where you guide our lovable hero in helping the critters of Radioland get life back from the silence that has surrounded them. In this 3D puzzle platformer, use the power of radio to traverse colorful environments, solve puzzles, and collect crazy outfits. I worked as the primary level designer and writer on Radioland.

QA TESTER - NINTENDO OF AMERICA

December 2018 - Current

I am currently working as a Nintendo of America gam tester, performing system debug on upcoming Nintendo software. This includes and is not limited to, free debug and structured testing on upcoming and existing features for Nintendo.

QA ANALYST - FILAMENT GAMES

June 2018 - September 2018

I worked as a QA Analyst on many of Filament's upcoming game projects. This included exhaustive testing of many single player "edutainment" style games for a variety of clients across the country.

QA TESTER - ETERNAL

November 2016 - December 2017

I worked as a QA Tester at Direwolf Digital, primarily on Eternal. I performed exhaustive system testing before content updates. I also engaged with upcoming features to provide comprehensive bug testing as well as worked with other teams to cement and clarify systems before launch. In addition to testing new features, I helped maintain existing systems and preserve a high level of quality.

RFP TECHNICAL COORDINATOR -
GRANITE TELECOMMUNICATIONS

October 2015 - June 2016

I worked at Granite Telecommunications organizing Requests for Proposals
which consisted of telecommunication packages that Granite would bid on. My role was to organize our legal,
pricing, engineering, and sales departments to produce technical and legal documents for clients. My job
consisted of tight deadlines as short as a week, with frequent milestones organized by myself.

WRITER/DESIGNER - STARCHILDREN

June 2015

I wrote and designer StarChildren, a point and click fairytale adventure game about the origins of the universe and the stars in the sky. My team, consisting of two artists, a programmer and myself, created this project in Unity. I designed the concept and wrote all dialogue and narration including 400 lines of shown dialogue. In addition, I designed and documented all six scenes.

WRITER/PRODUCER - RADIOLAND

November 2014 - May 2015

I managed this six person project with a team of two programmers , two visual artists and a musician. The game
is a 3D puzzle platformer created in Unity. I led user studies including students, children and professional game designers, gathering feedback to improve Radioland’s final design. In addition, I wrote and kept our design documentation up to date including 30 pages of mechanics, art and narrative descriptions.
● Won second place in the ‘Vicarious Visions Student Challenge’ at RPI’s annual Gamefest.
● Exhibited at GDC 2015 at the RPI booth on the expo floor.
